Location :

  • 100% refundable for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date.
  • Non-refundable and non-amendable for cancellations or amendments made within 30 days of the check-in date (the check-in date is not considered in this period).
  • Non-refundable and non-amendable for bookings during peak periods or public holidays (e.g., 20th December to 5th January).
  • Non-refundable and non-amendable for bookings made under any promotions or discounts.
  • In the event of cancellation, the advance payment will be forfeited and cannot be adjusted or exchanged for future bookings.
  • The same policy applies for personal or circumstantial reasons leading to cancellation.
  • This is a 5-bedroom luxury villa with ensuite bathrooms, wardrobes, Wi-Fi, and a modern kitchen.
  • Parking is available for up to 3 cars in villa premises.
  • Loud music is not permitted after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors.

We kindly request you to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay:

  • Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area. Please refrain from smoking inside the villa or near any flammable items, including bedding.
  • Security: We have allocated a safe in the ground floor room. Please store all your valuables there upon check-in, as management will not be responsible for any stolen items. Feel free to ask the staff for any assistance. Please lock the doors when leaving the villa and when going to sleep. Guests are responsible for any losses or damages due to unlocked doors. A charge of ₹500 will be applied for any lost keys.                                                                                                  
  • Pool Safety: Children under 14 years old must be supervised by an adult in the hot tub or pool area. No drinks or food are allowed in or around the pool.
  • Guest Limit: Only guests registered in your booking may stay at the villa. Bringing additional guests is not allowed and will result in a fine of ₹3000 per person per night. Any breach of this rule will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
  • Use of Amenities: Guests agree to use all facilities and amenities at their own risk and responsibility. Elysium Gateway will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or accidents during your stay.
  • Furniture Use: Please use furniture as intended and do not move it to other areas of the villa.
  • Prohibited Items: Weapons, drugs, or other illegal items are strictly prohibited. Any violations will be reported to authorities, and guests will be held responsible for any damages caused.
  • Noise Levels: Please be considerate of neighbors and avoid loud noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without a refund.
  • Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is available upon request. Towels and linens are provided for indoor use only. Please bring your own beach towels for use outside the villa.
  • Use of Premises: The villa is strictly for accommodation purposes. Commercial activities, solicitation, or any illegal behavior are not permitted.
  • Damages: Any damage to the property will be deducted from your security deposit of Rs 15,000.

House Rules

Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours. Guests are requested to respect our neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
Check-in time is at 2 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we must ready the rooms for our next booking. If you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us when booking. Subject to availability.
 
 
No. Guests will only be able to access common areas on the property such as the living room, garden, private pool (if any), etc. Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours.

Events are allowed only with prior notice and approval. Meals are available at an extra cost per person per day. The villa accommodates upto 15 people overnight. Pool access and loud music (during limited hours) require approval. Additional charges and a refundable deposit may apply. Guests must obtain necessary permissions for shoots/functions. 
 

Payments

Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.
 
 
Security deposit is to be paid during check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself
