Booking & Service Policies – Elysium Gateway

1. Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay with Elysium Gateway, you agree to the following:

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • Government-approved ID proof is mandatory at check-in.

  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise communicated.

  • Guests are required to follow all property-specific house rules.

  • Any damage to property or misconduct may lead to penalties or cancellation of stay without refund.

  • Elysium Gateway reserves the right to update these terms at any time.


2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All bookings at Elysium Gateway are non-refundable.

  • Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded.

  • No refunds will be issued for early check-outs, late arrivals, or no-shows.

  • In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), date changes may be considered at management’s discretion, subject to availability.


3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

As a hospitality service provider, Elysium Gateway does not ship physical goods.

  • Booking confirmations, invoices, and stay details are delivered via email or WhatsApp.

  • Add-on experiences (e.g., decorations, welcome kits) are arranged on-site at the villa as per the guest’s booking.

  • Timely coordination is ensured for seamless guest experience. Any issues will be promptly resolved by our guest relations team.
